The Brief
- Prior to hiring us the client had tried Google Ads with another agency however they were not happy for a number of reasons including – too many account managers, lack of regular communication, no real direction for the account and modest returns.
- The client was looking for an experienced and innovative agency to drive awareness and ticket sales for events, they were also looking for an agency with very strong processes and communication.
Strategy – What did we do?
- Robust PPC strategy and account structure which aligned with the clients goals.
- Built high-performing, targeted Search and Display campaigns for each event with a set budget.
- Paid and organic keyword research to identify high volume/ intent keywords for each event.
- Effective budget and target management throughout the campaign duration, focusing on reducing cost per conversion over time. Utilised automated bidding strategies to achieve this.
- Set up structured, regular meetings with the client. Started off with weekly, then moving to bi-weekly once we started to see results. Organised and efficient reporting system.
- We became an extension of the clients team and our goals were always aligned.
